Company overview
CityWest Homes is an arm's length management organisation created by Westminster City Council in 2002 to manage, maintain and improve its council houses and estates. We aim to provide a consistently high quality and responsive service, offer the right homes to meet local needs, improve local neighbourhoods and give our residents access to services to help improve their lives.
We currently work with one other housing management provider and 14 tenant management organisations (TMOs) through our local estate offices.
Our successes include being given a three star excellent rating by the Audit Commission, completing decent homes two years ahead of the Government's schedule, and we are a Sunday Times top 100 companies.
We employ approximately 350 staff and carry a gold award from Investors in People.
