Lisson Green road management to change

Westminster City Council announced in September last year that they will be taking over management of all the roads on the Lisson Green estate.

Residents were then invited to a drop in meeting in October to meet the council’s highways officers and parking enforcement team to discuss the planned proposals, with council to take over management in March.

Once the estate roads are taken over by the council the parking permits issued by the estate office will no longer be valid. You will need to apply for a Westminster Zone B parking permit if you wish to park on the Lisson Green estate roads during the hours of parking control.

In addition to residents parking bays, there will be designated disabled parking bays and pay by phone bays for visitors to the estate. The council’s adoption of the estate roads is the last part of the estate regeneration plan, aimed at providing better parking controls and improved road maintenance for Lisson Green residents.
