One Stop Services in Westminster are changing

Starting this summer, Westminster City Council are offering you more places to find and use council services, at new Your One Stop locations throughout the city.

At the moment, face-to-face council services including payments, advice, support and enquiries, are available at three locations:

Harrow Road One Stop, 317-319 Harrow Road

Church Street One Stop, 91-93 Church Street

Victoria Street One Stop, City Hall, 62 Victoria Street

Over the next few months, the council will be closing these traditional One Stop Services, and providing a number of Your One Stop Express self service machines, which will give you FREE access to council services online.  These Your One Stop Express machines will be located in convenient locations across the city, including libraries, CityWest Homes’ area service centres and some estate offices.

From September, Your One Stop Express self-service machines will be available at 12 locations including libraries, area service centres, children’s and community centres.  More convenient Your One Stop Express locations will be added throughout 2011.

This means you can do many things in one place – somewhere you might already go to for council services. For example:

- when returning a book to a library, you can get help paying your council tax online

- as a CityWest Homes resident you can use the Your One Stop Express to pay your council tax online at your area service centre. 

- as a parent you can use the Your One Stop Express to access online information on child support when you are using a Children’s Centre

You can also pay for many council services by cash or cheque in Post Offices or at your bank.
