Satisfaction with our service increases

The results are in and we are delighted to report that overall satisfaction with our services increased by 3.8% to 79% for tenants and by 2.3% to 54.9% for lessees.

Here are some of our key results:

  • Overall satisfaction with neighbourhoods went up by 3% for tenants, however lessee satisfaction dropped by over 10%
  • Satisfaction with opportunities for participation increased by 4.4% for tenants but decreased by 6.5% for lessees
  • A value for money for estate services was included and tenant satisfaction was 78% and lessee satisfaction was 43.5%
  • Satisfaction with CityWest News was 76.7% for tenants and 50.4% for lessees
  • An increase in satisfaction with our repairs service of over 3% was recorded with tenant responses. Though lessee satisfaction dropped 0.1%
  • One area where satisfaction decreased for both tenants and lessees was ‘dealing with problems when contacted.’ Tenant satisfaction dropped by 1.1% and 5.6% for lessees
  • Satisfaction with local compacts decreased for both tenants and lessees

 

On the whole, the results are very positive, there are equally some areas where we need to work harder both on specific estates and across the board. Over the next few weeks we will be pulling together a detailed action plan to improve areas of concern.
