Sunday Times give CityWest Homes best company nod
The team at CityWest Homes are delighted after making it into the prestigious Sunday Times ‘top 100 companies to work for’ list for the very first time.
CityWest Homes achieved the top 100 listing in just the first year of entering the accreditation programme and were ranked at number 61 in the awards. The organisation were one of 14 UK housing companies to make it into the list alongside large private companies such as Virgin Money, Admiral Group, Adecco and First Direct.
Staff rated the organisation particularly highly on training and their commitment to the environment.
Mark Hoyland, CityWest Homes chief executive said; “We are thrilled to have received this outstanding result on our first attempt. All of our employees have put in a huge amount of effort into making this a great place to work and I am delighted that we have been recognised for living our values.
“I am immensely proud of our team and this remarkable achievement reflects their continued commitment to achieving our aim of providing an exemplary service to our residents and being the leading provider of housing services.”
Paul Casey, finance manager for CityWest Homes said; “It’s really exciting to work somewhere that has achieved this fantastic accolade. CityWest Homes is a very good employer and really cares for it staff members. It’s extremely rewarding and motivating to be part of such success.”
The Sunday Times list is compiled from the views of employees and the policies of employers. Key factors measured are wellbeing, personal growth, company leadership, employees’ feelings towards their managers, team and company and what the company gives back to society.
