Westminster City Council wants to consult with you regarding the renewal of CityWest Homes contract
The current ten year agreement between CityWest Homes (CWH) and the council is due to expire on 31st March 2012 and the council wants to consult with residents on how we can improve further.
CWH has delivered significant improvements to the quality of homes in Westminster, with all council housing meeting the Decent Homes Standard. We have also improved our service to residents and customer satisfaction is now at its highest ever level.
In view of this performance, the council has agreed in principle to renew the contract.
