About our board
CityWest Homes board consists of 13 members - four residents, four Westminster councillors, four independent members and the chief executive of CityWest Homes.
Residents can nominate themselves to be members of the board when a position becomes available. Westminster City Council nominates four members who may be either councillors or council officers. The remaining four places are filled by independent members who have relevant professional expertise or experience.
Advisors to the board include the Area Management Committees, through their representative board members, which act as a link between the board and the statutory residents' consultation body; and the director of housing at Westminster City Council.
