What can I do if am disturbed by noisy neighbours?
More info
You may want to speak to your neighbour first. They may not even realise that they are causing a problem. What can I do about residents who don't dispose of their waste properly or leave the area littered?
More info
Unfortunately, there are a few residents who do not take proper care of their environment. We aim to provide excellent cleaning services, but it is not always possible to immediately clean up rubbish that has been disposed of improperly. You should definitely report this problem to your local estate office. If you know the people who are responsible, the information you provide will be treated as a matter of confidentiality and the estate staff will act to resolve the problem.
