Resident meetings
We hold residents meetings, coffee mornings and surgeries at the service centre, which are advertised on our village webpages. We are keen to hear your views so please come along.
Anti-social behaviour (ASB)
The team's responsibility is to reduce anti-social behaviour across the villages in North Westminster. We organise events with the focus on bringing local communities together. We also meet with the local police teams and Westminster Council at weekly crime reduction meetings working together to target anti-social behaviour hotspots. The team also hold regular ASB surgeries and send newsletters to provide advice and keep everyone informed about what we are doing to reduce ASB in their village.
The team is managed by Jan Nairn Email: jnairn@cwh.org.uk

They are our champions in sorting out local residents concerns and issues, they carry out all consultation on better homes work, provide many activities for residents including events, lunch clubs and resident engagement options as listed in the resident engagement and opportunities framework. They are responsible for overseeing the management of our residents' halls.
Ian Merriman is the resident relations team leader for the North and West area and is supported by resident relations officers Alex Mordan, Rebecca Marshall and Debbie Clancey. The team can be contacted on 020 7245 2900 or email residentrelations@cwh.org.uk
