Welcome to the page of the west area service centre. This office serves Bayswater estate, West street properties, Little Venice, Paddington Green and Westbourne Park villages.
The service centre is part of our drive to make our services locally accountable and more accessible. We have a range of specialist services available, including a dedicated team advising on anti-social behaviour and a debt advice team. West street properties
The lessee services team provide a range of services, from calculating and collecting service charges to providing advice on leasehold matters. Find out more about their services here.
The income recovery team are there to help tenants with arrears by offering debt advice referrals and housing benefit advice. The team is managed by Mairead Lynch and his team of income recovery officers help residents in Bayswater estate, West street properties, Little Venice, Paddington Green and Westbourne Park villages.

The team is responsible for ensuring that the organisation engages with its residents in an effective and positive way. They are our champions in sorting local residents concerns and issues. They carry out all consultation on better homes work, and provide many activities for our residents including events, lunch clubs and resident engagement. They are responsible for overseeing the management of our residents' halls.

The community partnership teams role is to engage with external partners to bring other services closer to our residents. They are a key partner in Westminster Works and other worklessness projects. The team run homework clubs, an estate based youth service, commission and manage the development of new football pitches and playgrounds as well as education and health projects.
The capital programme team is responsible for delivering planned refurbishment to both the general building structure, and mechanical and electrical elements of our housing stock. These works are directed by five year Capital Programme, created by our technical services team through continual surveying and analysis of our properties.
