includes street properties in Gloucester Terrace,
Westbourne Terrace and St John's Wood Terrace.
The Estate Office team
are here to help you. Surveyors, housing managers and
administrative staff can be contacted from 9am-5pm from Monday to
Friday.
Our repairs team is also available
to offer you a prompt service and advice on repairs. With a fast
and responsive team effort we strive to provide the best for our
residents, leading the way in providing a more secure and happy
living environment for all.

We hold a monthly coffee morning and late drop in session on the last Thursday of every month. If you would like to pop in for a coffee and chat, please drop by between 9am - 12pm or 5pm - 7pm on the last Thursday of every month.
