The Association of Resident Representatives of Westminster, or
A.R.R.O.W for short is a sub-group of the City Wide
Housing Panel. Its main purpose is to
undertake the administration of housing panel meetings and to
encourage more resident involvement
in Westminster's housing services. A.R.R.O.W employs
an administrator to support this role.This sub group is made
up entirely of residents. Although the group is in the early stages
of development their aim is to act as a think tank on all housing
issues, linking in to Westminster City Council and CityWest Homes
policy issues as well as policies being developed by the Tenant Services Authority.
