There are currently 18 Residents' Panels, one for each estate
village area.
Each Residents' Panel is made up of delegates from Residents'
Associations. If a particular area is covered by one of the
smaller Tenant Management Organisations
(TMOs) and there is no Residents Association, then the TMO can send
resident representatives to the Panel.
Each Residents' Panel meets with their Estate Director at
least four times a year to discuss housing management
performance and issues that affect residents such as lifts, estate
parking or repair work.
