For our staff - writing to our residents
When we send anything to our residents, we need to ensure that
we have provided information on what it's about and where people
can go to get more information if it is not in their
language.
This preliminary information needs to be given in the top five
languages spoken in Westminster to ensure we have made contact with
as many of our non-English speaking residents as possible.
