- new tenant survey - a monthly survey for
people who have signed up for a new tenancy.
- repair survey - a monthly survey for
tenants who've had a repair done in their home.
- STATUS survey - a survey sent to
randomly selected residents once every two years, asking for their
views on housing services. The Government has recently
stopped STATUS surveys whilst they carry out a
review of this area. CityWest will be carrying out a housing
management survey which will be sent out in October 2010.
