our services.

- record experiences and impressions
Your role as a mystery shopper?
You will make un-announced visits or telephone calls to
our offices and report back on the service you have received. We
use these reports to see what is working and what isn't and to
improve the service.
How to become a mystery shopper
To become a mystery shopper
for us you will need to be a CityWest Homes resident. If
you are a CityWest Homes resident then contact
us we will then invite you to
the next mystery shopping training, a one day course usually on a
saturday run by other mystery shoppers.
What qualities do I need
- be fair
- thorough
- work to a dead line
- observant
What do I get?
- improve the service for you and your neighbours
- improve your communication skills
- gain confidence
- expenses
- vouchers given for completed shops
