Hallfield Estate. The whole estate blocks appeared to be in good
clean condition. Repairs informed of a problem with indicator
lights to certain lifts, PDERS are sending a technician to estate

Having carried out a recent estate inspection on the block
(25/2/09) it was brought to our attention that there were personal
belongings (toys) left in the communal hall. Tenant was spoken to
and all items were removed the same day. A buggy was also left on
the half landing, a removal notice/warning was placed on buggy due
to unknown origin.
Refuse disposal system - no issues identified. Found to
be clear and in good working order.
Cleaning one tenant was unhappy with the amount of water used
to mop stairwell, cleaner informed.
