An estate inspection was carried out on 21/10/09. 09 of Bridgefield House, It was noticed that that some residents had left rubbish outside there flats. All items have been resolved and tenants informed of correct rubbish procedure.

A recent inspection was carried out on 2/12/09 of the Hallfield Estate. The whole estate appeared to be in good clean condition. There were a couple of bikes chained to railings, tenants informed and bikes removed. Some lights on the estate were reported to be replaced by estate office staff. Some residents wee asked to remove items from the front of there properties.

Having carried out an estate inspection at Brewers Court on 16/1/09 the block was looking clean and tidy. There was a bike left on the landing which has been removed. There was also a problems with the back door to the block, repairs informed and job passed to contractor. The main entrance door closer was very tight so a job was booked for contractor to ease and adjust.

An estate inspection was carried out on 20/2/09 the block was looking in good condition apart from a bin which was left outside a flat entrance door which was immediately removed and a bike in the communal landing which was moved by tenant when advised. There was also some wood shavings which had blown out of a property builders were working on which were immediately removed once shown to the builder.

Block: Hallfield Estate - 20 February 2009 Fourth Quarter

A recent inspection was carried out on (20/2/09) at the Hallfield Estate. The whole estate blocks appeared to be in good clean condition. Repairs informed of a problem with indicator lights to certain lifts, PDERS are sending a technician to estate office to resolve. All green arrears have been kept in good order. Having carried out a recent estate inspection on the block (25/2/09) it was brought to our attention that there were personal belongings (toys) left in the communal hall. Tenant was spoken to and all items were removed the same day. A buggy was also left on the half landing, a removal notice/warning was placed on buggy due to unknown origin.
