The housing panel acts on behalf of
residents (tenants and leaseholders) as a statutory
consultative body relating to the housing service. It meets at
least four times a year.
Sub-committees are established for allocations and leaseholder issues. Special meetings are also held when required.

Membership of the housing panel is made
up of one delegate elected annually by each of the residents'
panels.
The panel meets with the chief executive and officers of CityWest Homes and other senior Council officers.
