Residents'
Panels are groups of people from a particular area who meet
regularly with their Estate Director to discuss housing
management and local issues, for example, repairs.
The members of the Residents' Panels are often representatives
from Residents' Associations, but can also come from local Tenant
Management Organisations or community groups.
One person from each Residents' Panel
attends the Housing Panel.
