Churchill Gardens in Pimlico is Westminster's largest estate with 40 blocks and 1,783 properties and set in attractive gardens. 
 
Designed by Powell & Moya, it has also recently won a Civic Trust Award.

The estate is within a conservation area - six of the blocks and the water tower are Grade 2 listed.
 
The estate has a diverse population and approximately 50 percent of properties are privately owned.

The office is open for you to call in and see someone at the following times:
 
Monday  8:15am  -  7:00pm (late opening)
Tuesday 8:15am  -  4:00pm
Wednesday 8:15am  -  4:00pm
Thursday 8:15am  -  4:00pm
Friday  8:15am  -  4:00pm
                             
However you can phone the office can be contacted by phone from 8:15am till 7:00pm on Monday and from 8:15am till 5:00pm Tuesday to Friday.
 
If you would like to see an officer outside of these times, you will need to make an appointment to ensure that the person you want to speak to is available.
 
If you have difficulty getting to the estate office let us know and we will make every effort to arrange for someone to visit you at home.
