Grosvenor and Regency
Management Organisation (G&RMO) exists to provide
community based services for our residents, managed by our
residents...but more than this our intentions are to identify the
needs of local people and do everything that we can to make sure
those needs are met.
G&RMO is located
in the heart of South Westminster, essentially an
island, surrounded on the south and east by the River Thames, by
the royal parks on the north side and to the west by
Victoria station. South Westminsters' unique environment includes
large social housing estates, government offices, businesses,
private residential property and The Tate Britain.
G&RMO's community therefore reflects the vibrant diversity of
the city of London.
G&RMO manages 874 homes across
two inter-connected estates. The Regency estate is made up of
red brick Victorian properties in a conservation area which are of
historical interest and the Grosvenor estate which was designed by
Luytens at the turn of the 19th Century and due to
its unique design and unusual facades is Grade 2
listed.
G&RMO is a resident

services which best suits them.
