Welcome to the Soho & Covent Garden Estate office. We are situated in the heart of the West End in Broadwick Street which lies between Wardour and Carnaby Streets. The estate office is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
The properties consists mainly of single blocks are spread out across both areas. On the Charing Cross Road, you can find one of our biggest sites, Vale Royal House' situated in the heart of Chinatown.
Amongst the trendy Covent Garden area famous for its shops and theatres, you will find the Odhams Walk Estate and Siddons & Stirling Courts (also known as the York Street Estate) which is situated near the Strand. The estate office is responsible for 650 properties in the area.
