The following items are classified as an urgent repair:
- Lift breakdown
- Block failure of lights.
- Electrical failure in flat (tenants only)
- Major leak
- Loss of heating and hot water between 31 October and 31 May (tenants only)
- Total Loss of water supply
- Total or partial loss of gas supply
- Health and Safety Issues
A contractor should attend and make safe within 2 hours. The
repair should then be completed within the following 22
hours.

You can also phone the 24-hour noise patrol team who try to respond to calls within 1 hour. The team can serve legal notices and can obtain warrants to seize equipment such as loud speakers.
