CityWest Homes is the company that manages the homes that are owned by Westminster City Council.

 

The aim of our website is to provide up-to-date information on our housing services, local news and events, so that we can communicate better with our residents.

 

The website includes a new graphical repairs ordering system which will allow our residents to request a repair using pictures, without the need to understand English.

 

There are over 130 languages spoken in Westminster, and we are not able to translate this website or all our publications. But we do want to help our residents to understand what services are available to them.

 

We will provide translation or interpretation to our tenants when we need to provide or require important information about your home and the housing service.
