Domestic violence is a serious crime. Physical, sexual and psychological abuse are all types of domestic violence. Whatever form it takes, domestic violence is unacceptable.
If you are suffering from domestic violence remember:
you are not to blame
you are not alone

We work closely with other agencies to support victims and will also take legal action against perpetrators of domestic abuse using our enforcement powers where possible.
Each estate team has a member of staff trained as the domestic violence champion, and you can contact them at the local estate office for information and advice. You may also find our leaflet on domestic violence useful.
