Buildings insurance

The council is responsible for insuring the structure and buildings of all its properties and leaseholders pay towards this cost as part of their service charges.

Currently, our buildings are insured under Policy No: 220079, which is placed with OCASO SA UK Ltd. We confirm that the premiums have been paid up to date on this policy. The next policy renewal date is the 1st of  April 2013.

How do I make a claim?

To make a claim, please contact Ocaso directly on 0844 856 2032, the line is open 24 hours a day 365 days a year. A claims advisor will register your claim over the phone, taking all the details and completing a 'Statement of Claim' with you, which sets out what has occured.  Alternatively, you can e-mail them on claims@davies-group.com or write to them at the following address:

You must make your claim within 90 days from the date of damage otherwise the claim may be invalidated. Should you require any further details regarding this policy, please contact the insurance manager, Neil Walker on 020 7641 2143. If an emergency arises that requires you to contact us then please call your local estate office during works hours, for any other times please call 020 7286 7412.
