Homebuy
Homebuy is a scheme where you get help to buy a property on the open market, anywhere in England.
You pay 75% of the purchase price, and get a loan for the rest from Housing Options, who run the Homebuy scheme for the Westminster area.
You do not have to pay anything back on the loan until you sell the property.
You need to register your interest in the scheme with Housing Options.

Who qualifies?
- As a Westminster City Council tenant you may be eligible.
- Also housing association tenants in Westminster may be eligible.
- People registered on Westminster's rented waiting list, who have some priority for housing.
