If you are a key worker in Westminster, you could get help to buy or rent a property within a reasonable distance of your work.
You need to register with Housing Options, a 'one stop shop' for all East, North and West London boroughs.

You may be a key worker if you work in Westminster and are employed in a key worker profession. You need to contact Housing Options to check your eligibility.
What schemes are there for key workers?
New build homebuy - part buy part rent, previously called shared ownership, enables people to buy a share of a newly built property.
Open market homebuy- enables key workers to buy a property on the open market with the help of an equity loan.
Intermediate renting- providing quality homes at a reduced rent for key workers.
Re-sales -of part rent part buy properties.
