Tenancy agreement
Westminster City Council tenants have a tenancy agreement, which is a legal agreement between them and the council. A tenancy agreement sets out the conditions of the tenancy and describes the rights and responsibilities as a tenant and those the council has as the landlord. It is important that these conditions are read carefully as a tenant may lose their home if they do not keep to them.
