Service excellence programme
CityWest Homes new Service Excellence Programme was launched on 1 April 2011. This exciting new project replaces our mystery shopping, which had been a great success in helping improve the service we offer our residents.
As part of the Service Excellence Programme, our service agents will be asked to;
- Attend quarterly training sessions
- Complete up to 10 shops every quarter
- Complete questionnaires after each shop
- Provide feedback and help us improve the programme
Furthermore, it gives resident the opportunity to;
- Learn new skills
- Enhance your CV
- Meet new people
- Help improve the service that you use
