Sounding board

The first complaints sounding board was held on 2 August 2011 and the action plan from the meeting is below.

The next meeting is on 29 November 2011 at 3pm at 21 Grosvenor Place. The sounding board has been set up to consult on any changes to the complaints procedure and to identify improvements.
