Setting up a Residents' Association
If you do not have a Residents' Association, we can give advice and help you to set one up.
This includes:
- a leaflet, Setting up a Residents' Association which tells you all about getting started, building up membership and managing your finances.
- a cash grant to help you get off the ground. See our Residents' Association Grant Form
- a model constitution for your Association
- details about community halls which are available for your use
We also offer help to existing associations through campaigning, training, increasing membership as well as answering queries about running the Association
If you are interested in setting up a residents association, please email the community involvement team or call 020 7245 2350 or text 07781 472821 with the words “residents association” giving us your name and address.
