We are making changes to our estate services to ensure we provide the best for you and your community.
We are re-letting the contracts for managing estate services which include; block and estate cleaning, grounds maintenance, and concierge and security services across the City.
The changeover was originally due to conclude in June, however we have extended the time for applications until July to ensure we have the best options to provide the best estate services.
As part of this review, all leaseholders will receive a section 20 notice asking them to give feedback on the different options.
The new contract(s) are due to start in December 2018, however we will provide progress updates as the project progresses. Until then your estate services will continue to be provided by the current contractors, who in recent surveys you have told us are providing a good service.
