If your TV is linked up to your block’s communal aerial, you may need to re-tune your TV when London’s Freeview signal is adjusted on the 21 March.

Due to the London-wide frequency changes, some of our blocks will require updated technology in order to access all Freeview channels. Our contractors are carrying out these works on affected blocks over the coming weeks and when they are finished all channels will be available again.

All affected blocks will have a block notice displayed in the communal area and we will notify all affected residents via card once they can re-tune their televisions again to receive all channels. Those who access TV via the internet, or Sky packages will be unaffected by these changes.

A total of 24 channels will be affected by the frequency change, all of which will be available again once the works have been completed by our contractors. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
