Do you or someone you know need a little extra help using digital devices and the internet? Our free digital workshops can help!

Maureen, a CityWest Homes resident has lived in Westminster all her life and took a computer course so she could keep in contact with family overseas.

She said: “There is still a great sense of community in Westminster and I am proud to be a part of it.”

“I regularly go to coffee mornings and I’m always keen to learn new skills where I can. A few years ago, I took a free computer workshop. It took me a while but now I use the internet all the time and I’ve just booked a holiday to Dorset online. I check Facebook every night and I skype my family in Canada, I think it’s marvellous! So much better than a letter or phone call.”

To help more of our residents get online, we run free digital training workshops across our estates. We encourage residents to drop-in if they wish to attend and advertise these on our website.

In addition to our one-off sessions, Open Age offers free computer training sessions for people aged 50 and over. Call 020 8962 4141 for more information.

Free computer training is also available for all ages at libraries across Westminster. Call Westminster Libraries on 020 7641 6200 for availability.
