Westminster City Council wants to hear the views of residents of council housing who live in the City, so we are sharing how to get involved with all our residents.

The Council has launched a listening programme so that tenants and leaseholders can feedback their views on their housing services. You can do this in person at one of 14 face to face events, or by going online and filling out a survey.

The programme follows the decision made on 15 October 2018 by the Council’s Cabinet, to bring the management of social housing back into the council. The transfer from CityWest Homes will take place at the end of March with the new service going live on 1 April 2018.

Staff from Westminster City Council will be at locations across the borough in January and February to meet with residents and hear their experiences of the current service, while getting their views on what they want from the new service.
