Installing a water meter in your home

Tenants who wish to have a water meter installed in their home can now do so.

If you would like a meter installed in your home you can contact Thames Water who will arrange a visit to see if your home is suitable for installation.

If you are a tenant who requests a meter but cannot have one fitted then you may qualify for either an assessed household charge or the single-occupier tariff, Thames Water will advise on this.
