Introducing MyCityWest

We’re making it easier for you to manage your account with our new online portal, MyCityWest.
 
You’ll be able to access the portal anywhere, anytime; from your computer, phone or tablet. The portal will make it quicker and easier for you to see your account and contact us.
 
If you’re a leaseholder you’ll be able to:

  • check your accounts
  • report and track repairs to your block and estate
  • update your contact details and information
  • report anti-social behaviour in your area
  • send us feedback on our services.

If you’re a tenant you’ll be able to:

  • look up your rent and payments
  • report and track repairs to your home, block and estate
  • update your contact details and information
  • report anti-social behaviour in their area
  • sending us feedback on our services.
MyCityWest

We will be rolling out this new online portal area by area. If you live in the West area you'll be invited to access MyCityWest in March, Central in April and the North by May.
 
We would encourage you to confirm your contact details with us, so that we can send you an invite to access MyCityWest once the roll out reaches your area.
 
Please submit your information online or call 0800 358 3783. You’ll need to include the following:

  • first name
  • surname
  • date of birth
  • tenancy / leaseholder account number
  • email address
  • mobile phone.
