Our website and chatbot can now find your repairs appointment

Our website and chatbot facility has been enhanced recently, following resident feedback. Since its launch in September 2017, one of the most frequently asked questions to the chatbot was around the repairs service, specifically when an engineer was due to visit the resident to attend to the fault. We’ve now addressed this and residents can use our website or go through to the chatbot to view their booking is live. You can find this on our repairs page here. 

This will help residents self-serve and find information themselves without needing to contact our customer services team. So if residents have their job number, they can input this on the repairs page or chatbot, which will present the date and time when the engineer is scheduled to attend. We have launched this function for Morgan Sindall jobs initially, which includes plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorations, and gas repairs. We aim to roll it out to other contractors and trades in 2018.
