Stay healthy in hot weather

As temperatures across the UK rise, make sure you're looking after yourself and staying safe in the sun.

A few things you can do to ensure you keep well are:

  • Drink plenty of water
  • If you can, try to avoid going outside between 11am - 3pm, the hottest part of the day
  • Keep up to date with weather updates via the news and the met office so you can be prepared
