We’re on the look-out for tenants and leaseholders to test our new self-serve portal, MyCityWest, so we can roll it out throughout our estates in 2018.
At the beginning of December we launched MyCityWest as a pilot with a number of residents in the south area and now we’re after more people to test the new repairs functionality.
When you register with the portal, you’ll be able to access your account online and do more yourself, including:
- report new repairs and view repairs history
- view rent and service charge accounts
- report anti-social behaviour
- view and update personal and contact details
- send compliments, comments and complaints
Those testing the platform will need to be free for an initial hour to run through the platform and then will be asked to test it from home afterwards before giving feedback.
